Return Policy - Range Servant America

Returns:  Range Servant must be notified within 5 days of any incorrectly shipped or damaged product for your claim to be processed. All returns must be authorized by Range Servant America and received within 30 days. Authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Range Servant America (3000 Center Place, Ste 300, Norcross, GA 30093) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of all packages. No return will be accepted without a Range Servant Return Authorization number. Shipments arriving freight collect or without an RMA number shall be subject to refusal. Goods must be returned in its original condition and a 20% restocking charge will be assessed. Credits will be applied to customer account.  Freight charges on returns are the responsibility of the customer. Custom products are non refundable. Warranty: All warranties are dependent upon prompt payment in relation to the agreed upon terms. Products returned for repair or warranty will be shipped at the customer’s expense and must have a return authorization number.
